Spending almost all of my waking hours on the sofa, flipping from one end to the other, huddled under blankets one minute, throwing them off the next, I flip through the television channels looking for something to watch that won't hurt my aching head and eyes, and I ask, is there any place on this earth where people are not protesting?Only on my sofa, that I can see. And only because I have not one ounce of energy to utter a peep.

Blogger ate my comment! I'm sorry you are still feeling poorly. Prayers for a quick healing!
ReplyDeleteI'm not protesting. I'm just looking for grace where ever I can find it.
ReplyDeleteWant me to come over and put a wet wash cloth on your head? :-)
I'm so sorry you are sick! I hope you are better soon.
ReplyDeleteThank, Charlotte. And pooh on Blogger.
ReplyDeleteJennie, If you would just pop over and make me a cup of tea...
Thanks, Sheila. Me, too. ;-)
Ahhhh, Barbara, hoping you are feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jamie. Got an ice pack on my head as I type. Can't remember feeling this bad...ever. I have a pretty bad memory though. ;-)
ReplyDeleteSorry you are feeling so sick! Hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDelete(I am sick of all the protesting myself. Listening to talk radio in the van really gets me down. But it's the only way to know even a bit of what's going on in the world. Ugh. It's depressing, isn't it? Thankfully, we can put our hope in the Lord!)
Hope you are feeling better! Prayers for you :-)
ReplyDeleteFeel better Barbara! I'm thinking of you!
ReplyDeletePraying for a rapid recovery for you.
ReplyDeleteHope this finds you feeling better! If I lived closer, I'd bring over some soup!
