Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Wordless Wednesday
.
Edited: I'm adding a prayer request to today's Wordless Wednesday ~~ Faith woke up crying this morning because her teeth hurt so badly. Prayers would be appreciated. .
Tylenol can be very helpful in times like these! (Stock up!) Just before every adjustment, we'd give a dose of pain reliever... and when they went to bed on adjustment day too. Always helped.
First, prayers for Faith's teeth to stop hurting and soon Second, Faith looks very cute with braces Third, my Sweetpea will get braces in a couple weeks...and she's already telling me she'll have to dress very cute to offset the braces look?!? :)
Poor thing! I hope it doesn't last more than a day. Every time she gets her bands changed. Ouch. Definitely stock up on the tylenol.
Soft foods on those days. I remember my mom taking me out for my favorite Kung Pao Chicken whenever I got my braces tightened. Those peanuts were hard to eat, but the spiciness took my mind off the pain!
Thank you, ladies, for all of your kind comments and prayers. They are most appreciated.
Lori, We are staying on top of the Tylenol -- I think that's the only thing that works.
Cheryl, I have to say I agree with Sweet Pea! ;-)
Christine, She was worried before the procedure, but once she realized they weren't going to hurt her, she smiled. Of course that wasn't a full smile, and that was, of course, before the real pain set in!
Sara, She is getting her pick of special foods and I think the other guys are thinking "Hey, I don't remember that treatment!"
Kimberlee, She was really small in that chair. Every time they put the chair back, she had a hard time staying on the head rest. I think we'll bring a pillow next time!
Oh poor Faith - I remember those days too well.
