Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

"I'm Just Waiting"

.
Last night Peach was feeling nauseous. She finally fell asleep and then woke up again. She called me from my bedroom (I was up reading) and said she thought she had to throw up (she doesn't get that running to the bathroom thing yet). I walked her to the toilet where she knelt down gingerly and leaned over.

I was standing there holding her hair when Anthony (18) walked past the bathroom. As he walked past, he stopped and peeked in with a "ewwww" look on his face.

He said, "Do you feel o.k. (I know, it's fairly obvious that she wasn't, but that's a boy for you)?"

She said, "I'm o.k. I'm not barfing. I'm just waiting."

Two thumbs up.

She was up several more times waiting, but no barfing. Thank goodness.

  2. Poor thing. Give her a hug for me. She sounds like a brave girl. None of mine would have taken it so gracefully!
