With God, All Things are Possible

Jesus looked at them and said,
"For human beings this is impossible,
but for God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26

A week ago I shipped a rosary order to a very nice lady down in Texas. A few days later I received the nicest e-mail from her. I want to share it here, with her permission, because it is such a wonderful testament to what God will do for us when we place our faith in Him.

"I have to tell you, I had had a particularly rough day, helping a friend go through testing for breast cancer. I have not had a great relationship with my father and actually had no contact in three years. I believed he had passed. After holding your rosaries, even though I was emotionally exhausted, I really felt this determination. I made a phone call, which led to phone calls and, Praise God, my father and I talked for an hour and 27 minutes. He is very ill, but the last thing we spoke was I love you and forgive you. He told me he felt like he wasn't going to be around much longer. Then I told him that if the Lord decided to take (him) tonight, I did not want him to leave with this burden, but in peace, knowing I had no ill will for him. Though we are both imperfect and there have been a lot of disappointment and angry words, I am loved by my father and he knows I love him. What a burden lifted from my heart. God is amazing!"
