Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

On the Seventh day of Christmas...

...Seven Swans a Swimming.

Today is a mad dash to get everything ready for family and friends to party tonight. I have two pans of Pumpkin Cinnamon rolls in the oven for all to take home for breakfast tomorrow. And there is bread for crostini to go with my brother's delicious Artichoke Spinach dip, then Caprese Skewers to make and a big pan of Scalloped Potatoes and Ham, so we have some real food to eat with the pickety bits every one is bringing.

But, admist the flurry of flour this morning, I made some Cream Puff Swans. They aren't as hard to make as they look, and I got most of the recipe here. The cream I used, though, was my recipe.

I think the Seventh Day of Christmas might be my favorite from here on out.

Seven swans a-swimming represented the sevenfold gifts of the Holy Spirit-----Prophesy, Serving, Teaching, Exhortation, Contribution, Leadership, and Mercy.
