Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Young Writer's Link Up...{3/7}

If I won a million dollars...

...I would get a dog. Or maybe I would get a cat. It's a really hard decision because they are both so cute and nice! I would probably get a cat because I have a dog but they might fight each other. Puppies are very cute but my mom said that they do not come trained. So, I'd probably get a pet hamster.

  1. Super awesome idea! I love pets of any kind, but especially the ones you picked. Great essay, Faith!

  2. Faith, with a million dollars you might be able to buy a slightly older puppy that your favorite trainer has already trained! That's what I would do. ;-)

  3. Our dog hates cats (and rabbits). One of our cats always runs and so she always gets chased, but our other cat is one tough girl and she taught the dog pretty quickly that she shouldn't be messed with. They've come to an agreement based on mutual affection for the same people (and mutual dislike for the other cat), so they tolerate each other pretty well now.

    With a million dollars, though, I think you can get whatever pet you want!

    Lots of love,
    Mrs. Cooper

  4. Faith,

    With a million dollars, you can get your pet and feed it and pay for its vet care for its whole lifetime! Isn't it fun to dream about what you'd do with a million dollars?

  5. Faith, my 11 year old son would say the same thing! He wants a dog very badly. I enjoyed reading your essay!
