I Spy...Life (2)
All things at hand, works in progress, pieces of life.
I spy:
(1) red maple leaves
(2) a flower fairy wreath
(3) pumpkin knife
(4) jack-o-lantern illuminator (aka candle)
(5) candy corn
(6) a box of cough drops
(7) a pretty rose-colored St. Anne chaplet, freshly fabricated
(8) a bonnet on sticks -- almost complete
(9) owls on feather wale -- the brightest fall fabric my daughter could find
(10) a great flick (in all fairness to you I cut off the Netflix logo) -- The Grace Card
(11) pumpkin seeds -- the snack du jour
(12) a pattern for a jumper -- for cutting into the owl featherwale
(13) Colonial Times reading for elementary school
(14) yarn ball
(15) yucky-tasting cough syrup

Well, except for the yucky cough syrup, I spy your life being very pleasant and fall-ish. That fabric for the jumper is adorable! And I really like that St. Anne chaplet. I can't help but think of my {A}.
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking so much about you lately! I have been meaning to send you a get-well greeting, and I just haven't gotten around to it. I am sorry! I hope your leg is healing well.
Many blessings for a lovely week and a wonderful All-Saints Day!
That looks so pleasant, and much nicer than a picture of one of my piles of clutter around the house!
ReplyDeleteMy daughters LOVE the Dear America series! Heck, even I have read a couple!
ReplyDeleteWhat cute fabric! I love owls. I'm still planning on doing one of these I-Spy posts….someday. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sarah. Your kind wishes here are enough. A happy week to you and yours, too.
ReplyDeleteI have many piles, too, Sara. They make me crazy!
ReplyDeleteBecause Faith is not an eager reader, we have never read one of these, Theresa. I hope to find more to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteEven though it is very bright! the fabric Is very cute. We are an owl kick around here!
ReplyDeleteThese i-spies are so much fun!
