Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Mary's Month

.
This Saturday not only brings a celebration of the beautiful sacrament of First Eucharist in our house, it brings May -- Mary's month. You know what that means? Yes, I'm going to try to do a month's worth of posts for Mary again. Do you think I can do it without repeating one title? I bet I can.

And as a bonus, I'll give away one rosary on the 1st and one on the 31st. Just because I like you. And because I love the Blessed Mother, and her Most Holy Son.

Leave a comment on this post and I'll pick a name at 10 p.m. on May 1. I'll announce the post on which to leave comments for the drawing on the 31st later in May.

PS The rosary is made with 6 mm garnet crystals, a silver finish cut out Miraculous Medal and delicate silver finish crucifix. It's very dainty and feminine.

  1. I would love to win one of your beautiful rosaries, allegedly for the purpose of "giving it away" (as I have many) but it would be HARD!

    Happy (almost) month of May!

  4. You look so young and beautiful...and you have great recipes...and you're a great teacher...what? Oh you're going to randomly pick a winner so it doesn't matter what I say? Well, all that still stands and I would love to win a Rosary.

  14. I would be honoured to win one, if I should get so blessed (even though I can make them, too, it's always more fun to get them from someone else).
Keeping you and yours in my prayers as I journey through the joys of True Devotion once again. God bless.

  19. Barb...I just love you...love your generosity and the way you love our Lady...

Enter me in the drawing, but with one understanding: that should my name be drawn, you give the Rosary to someone else...pick the next name and tell them that Mama Mary wanted them to have that Rosary.

Your work is lovely and your writing always makes me smile...
