Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

A Marriage Made in Homeschool
.
On the very last day of regular school, I learned the beauty of marrying a spelling quiz with a Magna Doodle (I'm a slow learner).
I'm going to try that too!! Although, I can just see it now, my (next year) 2nd grader will be trying to write her words on the doodler and her little sisters coming and seeing her and trying to take it away or trying to write at the same time and oh,....the potential fights! haha!
My first grader loved writing her numbers 1-6 for her words and taking out her "spelling" notebook. I think it made her feel "cool" or something!
What a great idea!! I love it!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on finishing school for the year! =)
Sure beats cleaning whiteboards! Great idea.
