Set the Mood

The next time the kids and dad run out the door after dinner to make use of the last few minutes of sunlight, leaving the dinner dishes for you,

1) start the kettle for a cup of tea,

2) light a candle next to the sink (mine is cinnamon spice) and turn off the overhead lights,

3) open a bag of these,

and

4) turn this cute young guy on fairly loudly,

and you will almost forget that you're doing manual labor.

But, enjoy it quickly, because they'll be back in before your tea is finished brewing.
