Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Weekly Liturgical Activities

The coming week is a big week for Feast Days -- celebrate all week long and teach those children to talk to our saints in heaven.

And Sunday's Gospel is the Parable of the Two Sons (Mt. 21:28-32). You can find some worksheets here.


Saturday, September 27 -- St. Vincent de Paul

Make it a practice to judge persons and things in the most favorable light at all times and under all circumstances. ~ Saint Vincent de Paul

Clean out the drawers and closets. Mend tears and sew on missing buttons and then donate your good, but outgrown clothes to the poor.

  3. I've taken on the sacrifice beads. I'm making some for the ladies going to conference with me from our parish. Pray for us. We'll be flying on the Feast of Guardian Angels (how about that for a blessing?!) and coming back on the 6th. Thank you for any prayers. And, thank you for this post!!!!!
