Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Happy Fourth

I just sat down for the first time today. It's been a busy weekend, from a big fireworks party on Friday night to the second family dinner and fireworks today. I'm too pooped to pop, but fortunately I have nothing else to do today...

...except to wish you a Happy Independence Day, friends. I hope your holiday was exceptionally sweet.

    Happy Independence Day to you, Dear Barbara! We had yummy bar-be-que baked pork ribs, potato salad, and steamed asparagus...and then Sweetpea's dessert...Patriotic Tiramisu :)

    Happy Fourth to you, too! It was an exhausting weekend with all the cooking. I even bailed out on cooking dinner last night and Don cooked a pizza.
