And, if you leave a kind word in the combox before midnight Thursday, I'll put your name in the hat for this rosary:
This five-decade rosary is made from Mother of Pearl glass beads, iridescent crystal Czech glass beads, and dark rose pearlized Japanese glass seed beads. The Miraculous center is silver plated, as is the ornate crucifix. To see more of my rosaries, go here.

Thank you for helping me clean my grandmother's Mother of Sorrows rosary! I soaked it in warm water with dish soap for an hour, then used a soft rag to wipe it off before rinsing. It's MUCH cleaner. Unfortunately, my grandmother wore away much of the texture of the medals, so I still can't see the whole thing! Obviously this rosary was much-treasured and well-used.
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog--yay Central Ohio bloggers!
ReplyDeleteThe rosaries are beautiful. What a great talent to have!
Barbara,
ReplyDeleteYour rosaries are beautiful. As a fairly new (1 1/2 years) Catholic, I've just begun in the past 8 months to grow closer to Our Lady. Oh, the joy I was missing out on before! Bless you!
Lovely post, lovely pic!
ReplyDeleteThis is just beautiful. God bless you
ReplyDeleteLovely rosary. What beautiful way to show you love Our Lady.

Such a pretty rosary. I am a convert, too. I find it difficult to make the time to say the rosary. Not too happy with myself. I do say it every Sunday morning because I get to church early enough for the small group of us to say it together.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful rosary. I can feel the love that went into making it. God Bless.
ReplyDeleteWe love rosaries and these are so beautiful. What a special gift you have.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful rosaries!! You are truly blessed with amazing talent.
ReplyDeleteOh that's such a pretty one, Barbara! You can never have too many rosaries :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful rosary Barbara!
ReplyDeleteYep, tossing my name in there too! I love your blog and have passed it on to all my homeschooling friends when we're all gathering our info on the feast days and saints for the week. Thank you for your wonderful blog and I love all the links you provide! {hugs}} DDW
ReplyDeleteI just discovered your blog but will definitely be adding it to my favorites list. I love these good Catholic blogs. Thanks for sharing! I'd be honored to receive that beautiful rosary!
ReplyDeleteBarb:
ReplyDeleteThe love you have for our Lady and Her rosary is so obvious...you've once again lovingly rendered an absolutely exquisite creation. God bless you...how many beads have been "told" because of your devotion. Happy Feast of the Most Holy Rosary!

Barbara,
ReplyDeleteI love all three of your blogs. I have linked my post for the Feast day of Our Lady of the Rosary to your rosary making blog.
I would really love to win one of your rosaries!
I enjoy your blog so much - especially for feast days. What a talent to make such beautiful rosaries.
ReplyDeletePeace,
Sherry
I just discovered your blog from Waltzing Matilda--what a lovely place to visit.
ReplyDeleteThe rosary is gorgeous. I have recently begun attending Catholic services, and I don't have a rosary. I have been planning to make one--yours is lovely.
Your handcrafted rosaries are so beautiful, and such an honour for our Lady. Even if I don't "win", I promise to keep you in my daily rosary. :-)
ReplyDeleteI too found my way here from Waltzing Matilda ... what a beautiful rosary and site!
ReplyDeleteThe Rosary is truly an amazing gift from God, isn't it?
Blessings .....
Count me in as someone from Waltzing Matilda. That is a beautiful rosary. As much as I would like to win it, if I win I would like Lydia to have it so she will be able to have a rosary of her own.
ReplyDeleteJust found your site today via another blogger friend. WONDERFUL site... such great info and links.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you and your devotion to OUR BEAUTIFUL MOTHER~~
