Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Father Forgive Me

.
I feel just awful for complaining abut my stupid blood clots. My discomfort and inconvenience is nothing compared to so many. Forgive me, God, for being so selfish.

Today, Jill let us know that the meeting with her doctors this morning revealed her cancer is back. It is recurring at the same location where they removed it in June and is about 1/5 the size that it was just before surgery 5 or 6 weeks ago. She and her new husband left for a vacation today, but when she returns she will have to face chemo again. She also has a blood clot in her lung that she has to take shots for.

If you are currently praying for Jill, please keep her on your prayer list. I know she appreciates it.

  3. That is a blow. Lets hope the chemo knocks it out.

I'll be honest with you, I bet you have more pain from your superficial clots then I had with my DVT There's more "feeling" nerves around your clot, so it got to be more painful...so don't feel bad. Pain has a purpose. It lets us know they're something wrong. It's just sometimes thing that go undetected cause more problems because there wasn't much warning to it.
