On a Lighter Note...




My mother-in-law sent me this video yesterday. I watched it at least three times. It's Fred Astaire and Eleanor Powell. What perfect entertainment. Sadly, our culture does not find this kind of performance entertaining enough to sustain it. Not racy enough, not glam enough, I guess. I think it's perfect!

    Love it, love it, love it! So beautiful. I'd rather watch this anytime over Dancing With The Stars. My husband and I are ballroom dancers and love the places here in the Columbus area that are just good, clean fun.

    My older girls and I love Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly! We'll watch them any day over what's on cable t.v. today.
