Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

As Promised
Well, sort of. I said I would try to get a picture. And one brave soul asked. So, while I generally don't like pictures of myself (what does that say about oneself?), here is the new haircut -- albeit a little messed up from the windy day.
Barbara, your husband's comment still makes me laugh and often times reminds me of things my own husband has said, also meant in the sweetest of ways, but didn't come out the way he intended. Now those comments still make us giggle even years later.
Gaw-geous! Really!
ReplyDeleteYou're beautiful, Barbara! And your hair is growing out so nicely.
ReplyDeleteYour hair looks nothing like a Silverback Gorilla. :::running and ducking:::

ReplyDeleteYou look lovely Barbara!
ReplyDeleteThe brave soul pokes her head back into the conversation to say: Love the haircut!
ReplyDeleteThanks, ladies. I'm certain you won't believe me, but I really wasn't fishing for compliments! They are appreciated, nevertheless.
ReplyDeleteOoohhh, a face to the name! You are just as I pictured you. Lovely, gentle and a see a bit of feisty in those eyes!
ReplyDeleteGotta go...Indians are on!

That's a lovely picture, Barbara! Just as beautiful as this blog. :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice cut and a beautiful face....you do NOT look like a silverback at all....what was he thinking???? ;)
ReplyDeleteIt's a great haircut; I can say that because mine's almost identical :-) ....Thanks for sharing - you look great.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Denise
