Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Hot Roast Roast Beef and Onion Sandwiches

8 servings

2 cans undiluted onion soup
1 1/2 lb. deli roast beef, rare
8 slices provolone
1 large can French fried onions
8 onion or plain sandwich rolls

In medium saucepan, heat soup over medium until simmering. Add roast beef and simmer until beef crinkles. Divide beef evenly among rolls spooning sauce on each. Sprinkle with a couple tablespoons of fried onions. Top with a slice of cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts. Serve with remaining broth.
