Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

reading resources

I stumbled upon an incredible teacher resource today, and I wanted to share it with all my teacher friends. Harper Collins has all sorts of lesson plans and teaching guides to go with hundreds of children's books. (Did you know this?) We are starting the year with A Nest for Celeste and the teaching guide has discussion questions as well as creative activities and projects for students. I can't wait to get started. (Lesson plans for the first four weeks are almost finished!)

  1. Both links go to Amazon. Could you fix the link for the Harper Collins website. I'd love to see it!

  5. After reading this post, I found A Nest for Celeste at the library. It is a delight - both visually and intellectually.
