Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

too much happiness

If you have a dog that has a hard time holding her pee when she is oh-so-happy, it's a pretty good idea not to invite her into your daughter's bed. Way too much happiness. My husband learned that lesson last night. Now I have lots of linens to wash.

Later on I'm going to try to join Sarah and create my first pin-up on my food blog (Though I don't think that's what sweet Sarah is calling it. Oh no. It's pin down.).

Of course I'm pinning food. Yum.

But first I must go look at apartments with my oldest college boy. It's big. He's going to be moving out on his own next year. I'll let you know how it goes. Might try to take a photo or two.

  1. Oh, those "firsts" with our oldest children are the hardest on our hearts! Prayers that it all goes well.

  2. Oh, fun, apartment shopping. My kids have done that on their own, and I'm not happy that my second has chosen to live in the dump that my daughter lived in for 2 years. D. U. M. P. Its only redeeming quality is that it's half a block from the beautiful Catholic Church. Can't wait to hear how it goes! Will he be living alone?

  3. My oldest is in the apartment market also...he was hired full-time this morning and is ready to get out on his own. Prayers for all of these young adults as they venture away from the nest.
